In this role, you will support the smooth movement of goods through the facility, from receiving inbound shipments to preparing items for dispatch. You will play an important part in maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nWhat you will accomplish:\nEnsure inbound shipments are accurately received, registered, and processed.\nSupport daily warehouse operations to maintain an efficient and organised flow of goods.\nPrepare and dispatch outbound shipments accurately and on time at the end of each day.\nConsistently meet daily quality standards and productivity targets.\nAdapt to changing workflows and priorities to support efficient warehouse operations.\nCommunicate proactively with managers about daily activities, progress, and any challenges affecting operations.\nWhat you will bring:\nAn interest in luxury items and a willingness to work in a warehouse environment.\nA practical, hands-on approach to completing tasks accurately and efficiently.\nFlexibility to adapt to changing workflows, responsibilities, and priorities.\nGood verbal communication skills and the ability to share information clearly.\nThe ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage daily responsibilities.\nComfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.\nThe ability to stand for several hours and lift items weighing up to 15 kg when required.\nAdditional Details\neBay is an equal opportunity employer.
