Working closely with the Sustainability Manager and project stakeholders, you will contribute to the implementation of sustainability initiatives, support certification efforts, and help track environmental performance throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities :\nAssist in the preparation of project-specific sustainability reports and performance metrics.\nCoordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to collect sustainability documentation and supporting records.\nMaintain sustainability tracking tools, databases, and reporting templates to ensure accurate and reliable project reporting.\nSupport LEED and other sustainability certification processes by reviewing project documentation and material submissions.\nParticipate in site visits, inspections, audits, and sustainability reviews to monitor compliance with environmental requirements.\nAssist with waste diversion tracking, material management, embodied carbon documentation, and other sustainability initiatives.\nContribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting related to environmental performance and project sustainability objectives.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing environmental impacts and promoting sustainable construction practices.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.\nFamiliarity with data collection, analysis, and reporting.\nAbility to organize, review, and maintain project documentation with a high degree of accuracy.\nFamiliarity with sustainability certification systems such as LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon Building, Envision, or similar frameworks is considered an asset.\nPrevious internship, co-op, academic, volunteer, or project experience related to sustainability, environmental management, construction, research, project coordination, or data analysis is considered an asset.\nInterest in sustainable construction, environmental performance, decarbonization initiatives, and green building practices.\nProfil\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative project environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProfessional and confident when interacting with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.\nDemonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.\nPassionate about sustainability, innovation, and
