\nVérifier, analyser et comptabiliser l’ensemble des frais récurrents (Téléphoniemobile et fixe, Hydro-Québec, Services de messagerie et de livraison, Cartes\nd’essence, Autres dépenses opérationnelles similaires) \n\nAssurer le suivi rigoureux des dépenses refacturables, et préparer les informationsnécessaires à la facturation pour les comptes à recevoir.\n\nContribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de conciliation et de contrôledes dépenses.\n\nExigences\nEXIGENCES \n\nDEC en comptabilité ou équivalent. \nBilinguisme Anglais et Français (écriture et oral). \nBonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft (Excel, Outlook etc..) \nConnaissance du logiciel Concur (un atout)\nOFFRE D’EMPLOI\nPROFIL RECHERCHÉ\n\nAptitude à travailler sous pression et à résoudre des problèmes;\nGrande capacité de résolution de problème;
