It is the reason we are the global leader in media consultancy.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs Director, Insights, you are essential to client satisfaction by evaluating media investments-both linear and non-linear video and digital-across media governance, cost, and quality benchmarking. Your role is to develop actionable insights and recommendations that unlock value, enhance media effectiveness and efficiency, and support Ebiquity’s ERA principles.\nClient Leadership & Delivery\nOwn the development and presentation of client deliverables, ensuring clear\nnarratives, visuals, and well-prepared meetings.\nLead the creation of insights and actionable recommendations that maximize\nmedia value.\nAct as the primary Insights lead for assigned clients-attending all\nmeetings, leading the presentation of findings, and managing follow-ups.\nCollaborate with Client Partners and Account Executives to meet client\nexpectations and contribute to retention and growth.\nMaintain effective collaboration with clients' agency partners to ensure smooth project execution.\nOperational Excellence\nEnsure the efficiency and effectiveness of workflows and timelines, addressing issues proactively with internal and external stakeholders.\nPartner with Client Partners to manage team resources and support operational excellence.\nIntegration & Cross-Team Collaboration\nWork across disciplines to deliver integrated insights and recommendations.\nOccasionally support new business efforts in collaboration with the Growth\nteam, including RFP responses.\nTeam Management\nManage and mentor an Associate Director, as well as support the development of Senior Consultants and Consultants.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nWe welcome professionals with backgrounds in Media Planning & Strategy, Integrated Investment, or Marketing Sciences (Data & Analytics), especially those passionate about innovation in media.\n10+ years of experience in omni-channel strategy, investment, or integrated\nvideo/digital media.\nStrong expertise in media investment strategies, implementation practices, and industry trends.\nAnalytical mindset paired with storytelling ability; skilled in interpreting data and developing actionable insights.\nExperience with large-scale clients (>$100MM USD).\nProficiency in media platforms/tools, including:\no Mediaocean, Kantar, AdIntel, MBox\no Alternate currency & measurement partners\n(e.g., VideoAmp, Comscore, iSpot, Nielsen)\no DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo)\no Reach/frequency programs and integrated video tech solutions\nFamiliarity with 3rd-party ad verification partners.\nStrong written and verbal presentation skills; experienced in client-facing\ncommunications.\nProven leadership managing team members with 0-9 years of experience\nEbiquity aims to create a workplace that is open and supportive, and free of discrimination and prejudice.
