The training will focus on classroom management and strategies for children with challenges, with the aim to help these children excel based on their own strengths. \n\nJoin a great team of passionate professionals committed to improving the lives of children with challenges.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\n\nBe the trainer hosting online training sessions and events creating wow experiences for schools, teachers and parents\n\nBe the facilitator working with other trainers delivering online mentorship sessions \n\nEnsure smooth running of each live training session, keeping the energy and engagement high during the sessions\n\nInterpret participants’ feedback, receive questions and facilitate answering of the questions from multiple channels, including private messages within the live streaming software, social media, etc. \n\nCo-lead the recruitment process and selection of trainers (only applicable to the full-time role)\n\n Lead on-boarding and dry-run/practice sessions with every trainer;
