Il aura pour rôle d’accompagner le projet d’upgrade, d’analyser les besoins, de contribuer aux choix de solution et de sécuriser la bonne adaptation de la plateforme aux usages de la force commerciale.\nProfil recherché\nLe profil recherché est un consultant technico-fonctionnel SAP CX disposant d’une forte expertise sur SAP Cloud for Customer C4C V2. Une expérience confirmée sur des projets d’upgrade, de migration ou d’évolution de solutions C4C est attendue. Le consultant devra bien comprendre les processus CRM, Sales et force de vente, et être capable d’intervenir sur l’analyse fonctionnelle, la configuration, les impacts de migration et l’accompagnement des équipes projet.
