Fachinformatiker oder IT Systemelektroniker oder Vergleichbares Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Troubleshooting 1st und 2nd Level Support (auch telefonischer Support) Detaillierte Kenntnisse von Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken, Hardware und Anwendersoftware inklusive MS-Office Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
