Votre mission sera de développer de nouveaux projets éditoriaux print et digitaux en collaboration avec les rédactions des titres. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse de la performance, des études de marché, du développement de produits et d'offres éditoriales, des partenariats et de l'accompagnement marketing. Vous devez avoir une formation Bac+5 en management, marketing ou école de commerce, avec une expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum dans le marketing, idéalement dans les médias, l'édition, le digital ou un environnement de contenus.\nMissions\nAnalyser et reporter les performances des produits éditoriaux, suivre les indicateurs clés et contribuer à l'analyse de la rentabilité.\nRéaliser des études et des benchmarks thématiques sur les meilleures pratiques des éditeurs de presse, et effectuer une veille active sur les tendances du marché.\nAccompagner le développement et le pilotage de nouveaux produits et offres médias, participer à la définition des concepts éditoriaux.\nProfil recherché\n**Formation & expérience*** Formation Bac+5 (M2) en management, marketing ou école de commerce.\n* Expérience de 2 ou 3 ans minimum en marketing, idéalement dans les médias, l’édition, le digital ou un environnement de contenus.\n**Compétences & savoir-faire**\n* Solides capacités d’analyse de données et de synthèse.\n* Capacité à transformer les analyses en recommandations opérationnelles.\n* Compréhension des enjeux éditoriaux, d’audience et de monétisation.\n* Aisance dans des environnements transverses impliquant plusieurs interlocuteurs (rédactions, marketing, commerce).\n* Maîtrise de PowerPoint, Excel et Piano Analytics (ou forte capacité à exploiter des outils d’analytics éditoriaux).\n**Savoir-être**\n* Forte capacité d’**analyse**, esprit de synthèse et force de proposition.\n* Goût pour le **travail en équipe** et les environnements transverses.\n* Intérêt marqué pour le secteur des médias et de la presse, en France et à l’international.CE -
