project teams.\nEnsure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nManage resource allocation and operational scheduling.\nRecommend and implement process improvement initiatives.\nOversee the use of operational systems and customer management platforms.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\nPMP certification or equivalent is preferred.\nProven experience in project management or operations management.\nExperience supervising Customer Service functions.\nPrior experience working on government-related projects is a
