Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability backend services.
  • Lead backend architecture decisions and drive system design discussions.
  • Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and data pipelines.
  • Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system observability.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in backend engineering, security, and testing.


Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of strong experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Java, C#, Python, Node.js, Go, etc. ).
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
