Client-focused.\n\nWe are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Aesthetician \n\nLocations: Lagos and Ibadan - Oyo\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nIndustry: Beauty, Wellness and Skincare\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe welcome applications from experienced estheticians as well as individuals who are new to the profession but demonstrate a genuine interest in skincare, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to develop practical skills through training.\nApplicants must reside in Lagos or Ibadan, Nigeria.\nWe are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and client-focused Esthetician to join its team. The successful candidate will support clients in understanding their skin concerns and achieving healthier skin through professional skin assessments, consultations, facial treatments, and personalised skincare recommendations.\nCandidates with a background in Chemistry, cosmetology, skincare, beauty therapy, or a related field are encouraged to apply.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEnsure all treatments are performed according to established company standards, hygiene requirements, and safety protocols.\nPerform professional facial treatments, chemical peels, skin rejuvenation procedures, microneedling, and other approved aesthetic services, subject to training and competency.\nDeliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.\nEducate clients on skincare practices, product application, treatment expectations, and aftercare.\nDevelop appropriate treatment plans and recommend personalised home-care routines.\nMaintain treatment rooms, equipment, and workstations in a clean and professional condition.\nCarry out skin analysis using available equipment and tools.\nConduct comprehensive skin assessments and client consultations to identify skin concerns, needs, and treatment goals.\nParticipate in training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin conditions, treatments, and aesthetic procedures.\nMaintain accurate client records, consultation notes, treatment histories, and progress photographs in line with company procedures.\nMonitor clients’ progress and recommend appropriate follow-up appointments where necessary.\nAnalyse clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nExperienced candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant practical knowledge and treatment experience.\nPrevious experience in the beauty, skincare, wellness, or aesthetics industry is desirable but not compulsory for candidates who demonstrate strong learning potential.\nA Bachelor's Degree or HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Cosmetic Science, or a related scientific field is an advantage.\nRelevant training or certification in aesthetics, skincare, cosmetology, or beauty therapy is an added advantage.\n\nRequirements:\n\nWillingness to learn, undergo training, accept feedback, and develop practical competencies.\nA genuine interest in skincare, skin health, aesthetics, and beauty treatments.\nA compassionate, client-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.\nMust currently reside in Lagos or Ibadan, Nigeria.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to client safety and
