Ebury is a financial services company founded in London in 2009 that provides cross-border payments, currency risk management and lending to small and medium-sized businesses trading internationally. Its position is the gap between banks, which serve large corporates properly and smaller ones poorly, and consumer transfer services that cannot handle hedging or trade finance. Headquartered in London and majority owned by Banco Santander since 2019, it holds payment licences across many jurisdictions and has grown through acquisitions in Latin America and continental Europe.

Ebury helps ambitious businesses unlock global growth, and we take the same approach with our people. We encourage innovation and movement, collaboration and problem-solving, and foster an environment where everyone can feel they belong, are valued, supported and empowered to succeed.

If you’re a collaborator who wants to help transform how businesses operate globally, get in touch - we’d love to discuss how Ebury can accelerate your career so you can shape the future.
