We work in two areas: In prevention, we give engineering teams the tooling, processes and guidance to make services production ready: SLOs, measurable recovery targets (RPO and RTO), and disaster recovery plans that are actually rehearsed. In remediation, we build the tooling and practices to detect incidents quickly, recover from them, and learn from them. You will join as an engineer, and your work will be measured on the reliability of the services you improve.\nWhat you will do\nDefine and track SLOs and error budgets with product teams, starting with Tier 1 services \nBuild and maintain monitoring, alerting and on-call tooling \nFind single points of failure and work with owning teams to remove them \nRun and improve incident response, postmortems and follow-up of action items \nPlan and run recovery and failover exercises, and record the results as evidence\nBuild a resilience scorecard so teams can see how ready their services are\nAutomate repetitive work, including exploring AI-assisted triage over our knowledge base\n Write guidelines and coach teams on reliability practices\nWhat you bring\nExperience in SRE, DevOps, platform or production engineering on live services\nHands-on experience with observability tooling, alert design and on-call practices\nSolid scripting or programming skills (Python, Go or similar) and infrastructure as code\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Kubernetes or similar\nExperience running incidents and writing blameless postmortems\nClear written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus\nNice to have \nExperience with disaster recovery testing or chaos engineering\nExposure to regulated environments (DORA, operational resilience)\nInterest in applying AI tools to operations\nAbout us\nEbury delivers sophisticated, integrated solutions - business accounts, hedging, and financing - on a single platform with a seamless workflow.
