The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, computers, printers, and other IT-related equipment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide day-to-day IT support to the company and factory operations.\n\nTroubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, LAN cabling, computers, printers, and other IT-related issues.\n\nParticipate in an on-call arrangement and respond to urgent IT issues outside normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.\n\nAttend the company premises when an urgent technical issue cannot be resolved remotely.
