\n・経営・業務課題起点でAI/データ活用のAs-is/To-beを定義し、価値仮説と論点を整理する\n・分析/AI・データ基盤・データマネジメントサービス・AIエージェント等を統合し、導入/運用・ガバナンス/非機能を踏まえたソリューション構想を策定する\n・ユースケース拡張ロードマップ（MVP→横展開→高度化）を策定し、受入基準と検証枠組みを定義して優先度・拡張シナリオを意思決定者と合意する\n・提案テンプレ／勝ちパターンを型化し、提案活動の再現性向上に貢献する\n関連URL
