You’ll build features end to end in TypeScript, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL. A big part of your work will be the AI features our clients use.\nWhy ECA\nYou’ll ship AI features to global enterprise clients, not demos\nYou’ll be part of an engineering team that works AI-first\nYou’ll join a collaborative, Agile squad and have room to grow\nResponsibilities\nBuilding product features from the UI right through to the database\nBuilding RAG pipelines that ingest, chunk, embed and search our data and documents\nBuilding agentic workflows on AWS Bedrock that take real actions for users\nWriting evals to measure AI quality, and monitoring cost, latency and behaviour in production\nAdding guardrails that keep AI features safe, private and trustworthy\nUsing Claude Code every day, and helping shape how our team builds with AI\nRequirements\nAround 3-5 years’ experience as a software engineer\nSolid TypeScript, Node.js, React and SQL skills\nAt least one LLM-powered feature or project you’ve built, at work or on the side\nA working understanding of RAG, embeddings and vector search\nCuriosity, ownership, and a habit of measuring rather than guessing\nYou don’t need to tick every box. If you’ve built with LLMs and want to go deeper, we’d love to hear from you.
