At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.\nAs an Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients to help them with their financial needs by providing advice, solutions, and overall account management. You will be responsible for a high level of correspondence with our clients on a daily basis.\nResponsibilities:\nApproving and processing client funding. \nProviding accurate management of held and/or denied invoices. \nEvaluating/mitigating financial exposures and/or risk related to client invoice purchases. \nFacilitating customer compliance. \nCommunicating and coordinating with internal colleagues by phone and email. \nProviding exceptional customer service and support with a positive, professional attitude. \nComplete outbound client wellness calls quarterly. \nRequest and obtain positive reviews from clients. \nOther duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership. \nQualifications:Ability to prioritize tasks and client inquiries. \nAbility to spot, take ownership, and solve problems. \nStrong attention to detail with an ability to spot errors. \nHighly accurate math/accounting skills. \nCustomer service orientation with an ability to remain focused and friendly. \nProficient in Microsoft Office. \nPrevious call center experience is an asset. \nWe Bring: Salary: $20.00 hourly\nAnnual Bonus Incentives \nVacation & Sick Time \nHealth, Dental, and Life Benefits \nRRSP Matching \nAbundant professional development opportunities at a growing and thriving Fintech company!\neCapital Culture:At eCapital, we're not just a funding provider-we're a strategic partner built for what's next.
