# Quality Control Manager - PE Required

Description Location: Indo-Pacific Region (Including Diego Garcia) ECC is seeking candidates for a Quality Control (QC) Manager that is responsible for managing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program and organization for assigned construction projects to ensure full compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan, contract documents, and applicable engineering and construction standards. The QC Manager serves as the primary point of contact with the client and government representatives on all construction quality matters and is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet contract requirements, design specifications, and applicable building codes. The QC Manager must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and possess demonstrated experience overseeing quality control for vertical and/or horizontal construction projects, including coordination with contractors, subcontractors, testing agencies, and government representatives.
