activités déléguées à des sociétés tierces et coordonnez les actions attendues du constructeur sur la vie de la solution\n\nAssurez le leadership, la cohésion et la synergie de l’équipe et des processus utilisés\n\nGérez les processus ITIL et leur déclinaison dans l’outil ITSM\n\nPilotez les incidents, changements et mises en production, ainsi que la gestion des priorités, urgences et crises\n\nSuivez les SLA et KPI, et produisez les reportings journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels (Cotech, Copil)\n\nAnimez les réunions opérationnelles (Cotech, CAB) et préparez et animez les comités de pilotage\n\nAssurez la relation opérationnelle et la communication avec le client, notamment avec son responsable de production\n\nPortez l’amélioration continue auprès du client\n\nProfil recherché\nExpérience : 5 à 10 ans d’expérience \nCompétences obligatoires\nConnaissance des environnements informatiques de production sous Linux et Windows\n\nMaîtrise des reportings et des tableaux de bord d’activité\n\nCompétences optionnelles\nHPCM\n\nRéplication et sauvegarde (HPE StoreOnce, CommVault)\n\nSupervision (Zabbix, Canopsis)\n\nVDI Citrix\n\nServiceNow\n\nLangue : français\nAutres
