This is a consultative, technically driven sales role for someone who understands complex AV systems and enjoys working directly with clients, design teams, and contractors.\nYou’ll serve as a trusted advisor-translating business needs into scalable AV solutions that create exceptional user experiences.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSell integrated Audio/Visual (AV) systems and solutions to new and existing clients\nLead complex, project-based AV sales involving multiple stakeholders\nEngage directly with:\nCollaborate with General Contractors and Electrical Contractors throughout the project lifecycle\nDesign customized AV solutions based on client goals, site conditions, and technical requirements\nPresent and demonstrate AV solutions, system designs, and performance capabilities\nAct as a technical advisor-guiding clients on best practices, scalability, and system performance\nPartner with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful implementation\nStay current on AV technology trends and competitive offerings\nAV Technical Knowledge You’ll Use\nAV network architectures\nControl systems and user interfaces\nVideo display technologies (LED, projection, flat panel, etc.)\nPerformance audio systems (including arrays)\nDistributed speaker systems\nEnd-to-end AV signal flow\nWhat You Bring:\n2-10 years of experience selling AV technology systems or enterprise AV solutions\nProven success selling complex, multi-technology AV systems\nStrong technical aptitude and comfort using AV industry terminology\nExperience working in project-based environments with design teams and contractors\nAbility to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nExperience as a Systems Operator is a plus\nWhy ECC:\nCompetitive
