Partner Operations
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · Full-time · Partner Activation
Context & mandate
Echelon is a Saudi-born, sovereign technology company that brings leading global AI technologies to the Kingdom, deploys them with its own forward deployed engineering organisation, compounds partner technology into Echelon IP and, over time, productises Saudi-developed capability.
Partner Strategy signs the partners; Partner Development activates them; Partner Operations is the system beneath both. The partner book roughly doubles every year to 2028.
We are hiring for trajectory, not for years. The person in this seat will decide how Echelon runs its partners operationally, and will have the first claim on the senior operations seat as the book grows.
The role: the system beneath the partnerships
Every partner has a tier, a contract, a programme and a take rate. Every deal is registered and paid on a milestone curve, and two committees meet fortnightly. You will own all of it. The process is defined; how well it runs is yours.
System of record: Keep the CRM and partner tracker current and reconciled to Finance, holding every partner, tier, contract, programme term, deal, milestone and take rate.
Committee operations: Run agendas, packs, minutes, decisions and actions for the Partner Pipeline and Partner Activation Committees, and the follow-through between meetings.
Revenue share: Administer deal registration, milestone confirmation against the 50 / 80 / 100 per cent curve, invoicing, collections and reconciliation, with Finance.
Partner onboarding: Handle contract filing and NDAs with Legal, portal and tool access, enablement sessions, events and a partner’s first ninety days.
Reporting: Produce the pipeline, coverage and Partnership Health dashboards, the quarterly partner review pack, and the inputs to the five-year model.
Where we align
Operations first
First exposure: Sales, partner or revenue operations, programme coordination or analysis, at a technology company, a consultancy or a start-up.
Spreadsheets: Strong in spreadsheets; you build a tracker, keep it right, and turn it into a dashboard people trust.
Languages: English required; Arabic an advantage.
Our values
Customer first: You measure your work by customer outcomes, and prioritise accordingly.
Ownership mentality: You own outcomes end to end. When something breaks or stalls, you treat it as yours to fix.
Clear communicator: You explain complex things simply, to every audience, and make the value of your work visible.
Comfortable with ambiguity: You make progress with incomplete information, and you enjoy solving problems where there is no structure yet.
Long-term builder: You invest in Echelon’s long-term success, bringing what you learn back into our strategy and operations.
The seat
Reports to: Head of Partner Development
Location: Riyadh
Package: A base salary with housing, transport and education allowances, medical cover, and equity through the employee equity programme. Terms are shared at offer stage.
How we work
You are happiest when the data is clean and the meeting starts on time with the right pack, and you want to know why the numbers are what they are, not only to report them.
Curiosity: You read a partner agreement to understand it, not to file it, and can explain a take rate, a milestone and a revenue-share curve in plain language.
Speed of learning: A new CRM, contract type or committee: you learn by doing, build the method as you go, then write it down so it survives you.
Ownership: You chase senior people for the inputs a committee needs, and you do not let an action sit between two meetings.
Rigour: You are exact with numbers, deadlines and records.
Where you are: Early in your career, with the appetite to own how Echelon runs its partners.
