The partner book roughly doubles every year to 2028.\nWe are hiring for trajectory, not for years. The person in this seat will decide how Echelon runs its partners operationally, and will have the first claim on the senior operations seat as the book grows.\nThe role: the system beneath the partnerships\nEvery partner has a tier, a contract, a programme and a take rate. Every deal is registered and paid on a milestone curve, and two committees meet fortnightly. You will own all of it. The process is defined; how well it runs is yours.\nSystem of record: Keep the CRM and partner tracker current and reconciled to Finance, holding every partner, tier, contract, programme term, deal, milestone and take rate.\n\nCommittee operations: Run agendas, packs, minutes, decisions and actions for the Partner Pipeline and Partner Activation Committees, and the follow-through between meetings.\n\nRevenue share: Administer deal registration, milestone confirmation against the 50 / 80 / 100 per cent curve, invoicing, collections and reconciliation, with Finance.\n\nPartner onboarding: Handle contract filing and NDAs with Legal, portal and tool access, enablement sessions, events and a partner’s first ninety days.\n\nReporting: Produce the pipeline, coverage and Partnership Health dashboards, the quarterly partner review pack, and the inputs to the five-year model.\n\nWhere we align\nOperations first\nFirst exposure: Sales, partner or revenue operations, programme coordination or analysis, at a technology company, a consultancy or a start-up.\n\nSpreadsheets: Strong in spreadsheets; you build a tracker, keep it right, and turn it into a dashboard people trust.\n\nLanguages: English required; Arabic an advantage.\n\nOur values\nCustomer first: You measure your work by customer outcomes, and prioritise accordingly.\n\nOwnership mentality: You own outcomes end to end.
