You will also support competitive research, product analytics and the communication of new product features.\nAI is central to how we work. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally proficient with modern AI tools and constantly seeks opportunities to use them to improve productivity, automate workflows and deliver better results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate information flow between Product Designers, Engineering Squad Leads and other stakeholders, ensuring teams have the information they need to work efficiently.\nTrack product initiatives, follow up on action items, identify blockers and help ensure smooth progress across multiple development squads.\nWork closely with Customer Success to identify suitable customers, arrange user interviews and ensure customer feedback reaches the relevant Product teams.\nResearch competitor products, features, pricing and market developments, producing clear, insightful and actionable reports.\nSupport investigations into customer performance and product usage, using analytics tools and AI to identify trends, explain changes and recommend improvements.\nHelp prepare product release notes, feature announcements, internal documentation and customer-facing product materials.\nContinuously improve product development processes, documentation and communication between teams.\nLeverage AI tools to accelerate research, analyse data, automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.\nRequirements:\nA degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field from a top tier university.\n1-3 years of relevant experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, Product Management or a related role.\nExceptional proficiency with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and similar platforms, with demonstrated experience using them for research, analysis, automation and productivity improvements.\nFluent written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise and professional reports.\nExcellent organisational and project coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\nA proactive, results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently, take ownership and follow through on tasks.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.\nA genuine interest in technology, software products and artificial intelligence.\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology company.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar product development and collaboration tools.\nExperience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Metabase, Tableau or Python.\nExperience conducting competitor research, customer research or market analysis.\nExperience building AI-assisted workflows or automations to improve business processes.\nFamiliarity with agile software development processes and cross-functional product teams.\nAn interest in digital publishing, social media and the media
