Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).\nEchodyne is seeking a Recruiter II for a 6-9 month engagement. \nWe’re looking for a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting while keeping the operational side of our talent function running efficiently. This person will be hands-on in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while also maintaining the systems, workflows, and coordination that make a high-performing recruiting team possible.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPartner with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job requirements, and drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes\nManage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation\nBuild relationships with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and professional experience\nMaintain accuracy and organization in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity, compliance, and consistent documentation\nKeep recruiting templates, workflows, and scorecards current and aligned with company standards\nSupport headcount tracking, requisition management, and offer approvals in collaboration with the business\nCoordinate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and candidate communication to ensure a smooth process\nHelp maintain consistent interview and evaluation standards across the organization\nContribute to employer brand and outreach initiatives that reflect company culture and values\nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\n3+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience\nStrong operational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining ATS systems and recruiting processes\nProven success in a high-volume manufacturing environment\nExcellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills\nExperience partnering directly with senior leaders\nProficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)\nDESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE \n(Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) \nExperience in defense technology, hardware, or aerospace manufacturing.\nKnowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., OFCCP, ITAR)\nDegree or Certification in HR or related field\nKnowledge of employment laws and best practices \nEchodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.
