Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).\nEchodyne is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. \nROLE OVERVIEW\nThe Learning & Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing learning strategies and programs that build employee capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support the company's growth and business objectives. This role partners with leaders and HR to identify development needs, design scalable learning programs, and create meaningful opportunities for employees to grow their skills and careers.\nThe ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on learning professional who can build and implement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive employee and organizational performance.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLearning & Development Strategy\nDevelop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with company goals and organizational priorities.\nAssess organizational and employee development needs through business partnerships, employee feedback, performance data, and other relevant inputs.\nEstablish annual learning priorities and programs based on organizational needs and available resources.\nDevelop scalable learning solutions that support a growing and evolving workforce.\nProgram Development & Delivery\nDesign, develop, and implement learning programs for employees at all levels.\nDevelop and facilitate manager and leadership development programs, including foundational training for new and experienced managers.\nCreate and enhance onboarding and new-hire development programs in partnership with HR and business leaders.\nDevelop training focused on core skills such as communication, collaboration, feedback, performance management, delegation, and leadership.\nCoordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and professional development opportunities.\nIdentify and manage external learning providers, consultants, and training vendors as appropriate.\nEvaluate learning programs and use participant feedback and business outcomes to continuously improve program effectiveness.\nCareer & Professional Development\nDevelop resources and programs that support employee career growth and professional development.\nPartner with leaders and HR Business Partners to identify employee development opportunities and skill gaps.\nSupport the development of career pathways, competency frameworks, and individual development plans as appropriate.\nProvide managers with tools and resources to support ongoing employee development and meaningful career conversations.\nPromote a culture of continuous learning and encourage employees to take ownership of their professional growth.\nLearning Technology & Administration\nManage the company's learning management system (LMS) and other learning technology platforms.\nMaintain training content, learning resources, and program materials.\nTrack participation, completion, and other learning metrics.\nReport training completion metrics for AS9100 compliance.\nManage the L&D budget and ensure effective utilization of learning resources.\nEnsure required training programs are appropriately tracked and completed.\nHR & Organizational Partnership\nPartner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, HR Operations and Global Sales Enablement to deliver an integrated employee experience.\nCollaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify and address critical capability needs.\nSupport organizational change initiatives through targeted learning and communication programs.\nProvide guidance to managers on effective employee development and learning practices.\nStay current on emerging learning technologies, adult learning principles, leadership development practices, and industry trends.\nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment.\nExperience developing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs.\nStrong project management and program execution skills.\nExcellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to build strong relationships and influence employees and leaders at all levels.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.\nExperience with an LMS or other learning technology platforms.\nDESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) \nExperience in a high-growth technology, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.\nExperience building L&D programs and infrastructure in a growing organization.\nExperience with leadership development and manager training.\nExperience with instructional design and adult learning methodologies.\nExperience developing career development programs and competency frameworks.\nExperience measuring learning effectiveness and analyzing L&D metrics.\nProfessional certification in learning and development, instructional design, or organizational development.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in learning and
