Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).\nEchodyne is seeking a Security Engineer IIto join our fast-growing team. \nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform secure development work in partnership with engineering teams.\nRun and review security scans across applications, code, dependencies, and supporting systems.\nIdentify weaknesses, triage findings, and suggest practical remediation steps and security improvements.\nHelp integrate security checks into the software development lifecycle and delivery pipelines.\nTrack recurring issues and recommend process or technical changes to improve overall security posture.\nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\nExperience with secure software development practices.\nFamiliarity with security scanning tools for code, dependencies, containers, or infrastructure.\nAbility to assess findings and communicate remediation guidance clearly to developers.\nWorking knowledge of common application security risks and secure coding principles.\nDESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) \nExperience automating security checks in CI/CD pipelines.\nFamiliarity with vulnerability management and remediation workflows.\nExperience working directly with development teams to drive security improvements.\nEchodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.
