Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).\nEchodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineering Integration Specialist to join our fast-growing team! \nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport the formation of customer and partner relationships by presenting the value that our radar products bring to their solutions and applications.\nSupport the integration of Echodyne’s solutions with 3rd party integrators, to include Command and Control (C2) platforms, Video Management Platforms (VMS), autonomous platforms, etc.\nLead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting\nParticipate in post-demo data analysis and report creation.\nSupport the scaling of Echodyne’s customer and partner bases by developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals.\nHelp improve Echodyne’s products by regularly collecting customer feedback and interfacing with Echodyne product managers and engineers.\nUp to 50% travel may be required.\nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\nProven track record of learning a technical product and conveying the value of that product to potential customers.\nAn entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-first orientation. Direct experience with radar signal processing a plus.\nComfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and working with customers to determine root causes of issues.\nExperience conducting basic data plotting and analysis.\nExperience with basic networking and Wireshark.\nExperience with scripting in one or more of the following: C/C++, Python, C#.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of experience supporting field deployed sensors/hardware\n3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role (Pre or post-sales) \n2+ years of experience with software APIs\nTRAVEL: Travel as required, both air and ground; up to 50%\nEchodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.
