We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to join our team, overseeing the successful execution of projects that are assigned by the organization. This includes directing the activities of team members, managing resources, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.\nIn this role, you will lead and manage a project through completion, overseeing successful output. This involves defining scope and objectives, managing the project budget and resources, assembling and leading the project team, and communicating with stakeholders. You will monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure the final deliverables while acting as a liaison between the project team, immediate stakeholders, and management.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop project plans and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget\nCreate and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets\nMonitor project progress and identify areas of risk or opportunity\nManage stakeholders and provide periodic updates\nIdentify and resolve project issues and conflicts\nEnsure that project deliverables are met\nImplement and monitor quality assurance processes\nMaintain project documents, records, and files\nDevelop and coach project teams, including providing feedback and guidance\nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\nDevelopment of project plans, including scope, timelines, and objectives with defined deliverables and set performance metrics\nExperience working with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Warehousing organizations\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production lifecycles, shop floor operations, supply chain management, and inventory control\nCreate and execute work plans, assign tasks to team members and monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed\nA strong understanding of managing project costs and financial resources is essential\nProficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence\nThe ability to strategically align projects with broader organizational goals\nDESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) \nExperience with manufacturing processes\nExperience with production facility expansion\nManufacturing-specific knowledge of concepts like continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Control is highly valued\nQUALIFICATIONS \nBachelor’s Degree, or industry/military equivalent progressive experience\n5 or more years of experience in project or program management, administration, or related roles\nPMP certification is a plus\nEchodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.
