Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).\nEchodyne is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate with extensive experience in both Domestic and International shipments.\nROLE OVERVIEW\nThe Shipping and Receiving Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics operations, including material handling, inventory control, and domestic/international shipments. This hands-on role works closely with Production, Engineering, and Sales to ensure accurate, timely movement of materials while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nShipping\nPick, pack, and prepare internal, domestic, and international orders.\nGenerate shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and airway bills.\nBook and track shipments through carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS and third party freight companies.\nEnsure export compliance and prepare customs documentation (EEI, SLI) when required.\nLabel and palletize freight shipments according to best practices.\nReceiving\nReceive inbound shipments and route to inspection, inventory, or end users.\nVerify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.\nProcess transactions in NetSuite and other ERP systems.\nAdditional Duties\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs.\nIdentify and recommend workflow improvements.\nSupport special projects as assigned.\nMaintain organized warehouse storage areas using 5S and lean principles.\nMove materials throughout the facility (up to 50 lbs).\nREQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\n5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (manufacturing environment preferred).\nFamiliarity with domestic and international shipping platforms (UPS WorldShip, FedEx, DHL).\nExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).\nKnowledge of basic export documentation and compliance.\nStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping portals).\nAttention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping.\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nDESIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE (Looking for one or more as a complement to the core skills) \nExperience handling ESD-sensitive materials.\nKnowledge of customs processes and Incoterms.\nAssociate degree or vocational training in logistics, supply chain, or related field.\nEchodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.
