As a company driven on customer service and a high-quality product, we strive to offer leading edge technology and our team of technicians are driven to provide the highest quality possible.\nEcho NDE is currently seeking an Equipment & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Red Deer, AB.\nThis is a full-time opportunity supporting equipment management, inventory control, and logistics coordination across our operations.\nIf you’re looking for a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth, hands-on learning, and the chance to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nImplement and maintain equipment management processes, policies, and procedures across the organization.\nLiaise with Operations teams, field personnel, vendors and suppliers to coordinate equipment requirements and resolve logistical challenges.\nManage equipment tracking systems and maintain accurate asset records, ensuring proper utilization, availability, and coordination of equipment transfers between branches and job sites to support operational and project requirements.\n\nMonitor equipment condition, maintenance, repairs, calibration, and inspection schedules to support equipment reliability and cost control.\n\nSupport peak-season and shutdown operations through equipment planning, inventory management, tool crib organization, and coordination of personnel and equipment requirements.\n\nManage small tools, PPE, and consumables, including inventory tracking, purchasing, storage, maintenance, security, and distribution.\n\nMonitor shutdown equipment lists to ensure appropriate quantities, specifications, and part numbers are ordered and available when required.\n\nManage NDT consignment inventory and associated tracking and billing requirements.\n\nRequirements\nSecondary school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience, preferably in equipment management, logistics, inventory control, or warehouse operations.\n\nStrong understanding of equipment management, tool crib operations, fleet coordination, shipping and receiving, procurement, and inventory control.\n\nKnowledge of equipment, tools, and consumables used to support industrial services, testing, and inspection activities.\n\nExperience coordinating equipment transportation, deliveries, pickups, transfers, and distribution between branches and job sites.\n\nExperience using asset management, inventory tracking, or equipment management software.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy when managing equipment records, inventory, maintenance schedules, and purchasing requirements.\n\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with Operations, field personnel, vendors, and management.\n\nAbility to identify opportunities to improve equipment utilization, inventory control, logistics processes, and overall operational efficiency.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\n\nResides locally in Red Deer, AB.\n\nCompany Overview and Benefits\nEcho NDE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and provides full service non-destructive testing, inspection, and integrity services throughout North America.
