AI Backend Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong Palantir experience to work at the cutting edge of AI, data platforms, and enterprise problem-solving. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing engineering role where you will deploy AI-powered solutions directly into real-world operational environments. You will work closely with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical users to design and implement AI- and Foundry-powered systems that drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience Range: 3-8 years.
• Strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires direct interaction with global teams and enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (highly preferred).
• Solid foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including model development and deployment.
• Experience building solutions using modern AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI and/or Anthropic.
• Experience with Databricks or similar large-scale data and ML platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc. ).
• Experience working with large, complex structured, and unstructured datasets.
• Understanding of MLOps, production deployment, and model lifecycle management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be confident working with international and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience building generative AI, agentic AI, or decision-intelligence systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in data engineering or distributed data systems.
• Experience in client-facing or forward-deployed engineering roles.
