To be successful as a QA Analyst, you should have experience in Data, AI, Cloud and Web Application testing, API testing. Brief understanding of testing approaches. Good communication skills are required. This individual will have a strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn and share knowledge.\nThis is a Hybrid role.\nWhat you will do:\nReview and analyze system specifications.\nCollaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.\nExecute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.\nEvaluate product code according to specifications.\nCreate logs to document testing phases and defects.\nWho you are:\n2+ years of working experience in Manual Testing.\nMust have good experience in Web Application testing, API testing.\nExposure in working in Agile Projects.Working experience in Jira, Postman, Swagger etc.\nWell versed with API Testing and holds familiarity with JSON and XMLAbility to analyze requirements, develop a test plan, create and execute test cases, track defects, and report results.Designing & Implementing Test Strategy.\nCreating Test Plan and getting approvals.Organizing and monitoring defect management process.Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.\nHaving knowledge of OOPS, Distributed or parallel system testing.\nGood to have knowledge of Database testing.\nGood to have TDD/BDD, Cinnamon/Cucumber frameworks.\nWould have performed or knowledge of unit, regression and UAT\nWould have knowledge API testing, REST APIs.\nExperience in object-oriented programming languages: Java.Exposure to AI productivity tools, LLN, LangChain, Agentic AI, RAG, Claude will be added advantage.\nHands on experience in scripting knowledge such as python / JavaScript & typescript.\nBonus points if you have: Mobile application (iOS & Android) testing.\nFinancial domain knowledge\nKnowledge of Cloud and Database\nECI’s culture is all about connection - connection with our clients, our technology and most importantly with each other.
