The ideal candidate will lead migration and upgrade projects, ensure security compliance, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with ECI’s standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAzure Cloud Management\nProvision and manage Azure VMs, networking, and storage.\nConfigure Azure AD, RBAC, App Registrations, and Key Vault.\nImplement ARM templates and Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.\nMonitor and troubleshoot using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.\nEnsure security via Azure Security Center and compliance best practices.\nMicrosoft 365 & Exchange\nAdminister Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange (DAG, server roles).\nConfigure Hybrid Exchange, mail flow, connectors, transport rules.\nManage M365 Admin Center, retention policies, and compliance.\nImplement SPF, DKIM, DMARC and email security solutions (ProofPoint, Mimecast).\nPerform migration and upgrades for Exchange and M365 services.\nCollaboration & Productivity Tools\nManage SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams (including migrations).\nConfigure permissions, workflows, and Power Automate integrations.\nEnsure security and compliance across collaboration platforms.\nEndpoint Management\nAdminister Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and app protection.\nConfigure Autopilot for device provisioning and hybrid join.\nImplement Conditional Access and certificate management.\nVirtualization & Desktop Solutions\nManage Cloud PC (Windows 365) provisioning and integration with Intune.\nConfigure and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).\nKnowledge on Citrix Desktop Virtualization.\nWindows Server & Infrastructure\nManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and clustering.\nImplement DFS (Distributed File System) for file replication and namespace management.\nConfigure Hyper-V, IIS, NPS, and certificate management.\nAutomate tasks using PowerShell scripting.\nEnsure high availability and performance monitoring.\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement Data Loss Prevention, threat management, and audit logging.\nEnsure adherence to regulatory compliance across all platforms.\nMigration Expertise\nLead on-prem to cloud migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, and upgrades across all Microsoft workloads and virtualization platforms.\nPossess basic Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8 - 12 years in IT infrastructure.\nHands-on experience in:\nAzure services (VMs, networking, storage, RBAC, security).\nExchange Online & On-Prem, M365, Intune, AutoPilot.\nSharePoint, Teams, OneDrive administration and migration.\nDFS implementation and management.\nVMware & Citrix environments.\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.\nExpertise in security and compliance for Microsoft 365 and Azure.\nProven track record in large-scale migration projects.\nUnderstanding and execution of ITIL framework (Especially; Problem, Change Management, RCA and RFC process and procedures)\nShould be well versed in communication (English, Written and Oral) and be able to co-ordinate efficiently with onsite sub-ordinates and direct in-line managers\nProvide excellent customer service to internal IT customers and application owners and users.\nRemain vigilant while continuing to maintain and enhance the overall security of Alphaserve and the client’s receiving our services.\nMaintain awareness about the potential risks based on the environment they are operating in and the clients they are working on\n\nWorking Conditions\nAbility to work in an independent environment with moderate supervision\nAbility to work under a moderate noise level (i.e. working on an open floor with printers, telephones, and computers)\nAbility to travel for business and work beyond normal business hours when necessary\nAbility to be flexible and successfully respond to multiple work pressures\nSitting for extended periods of time\nDexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components\nLifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals\n\nAbout ECI\nECI is a leading provider in the financial industry of cloud and technical solutions.
