Als Operations Manager:in bist du unsere wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Autohandel und Zulassung und koordinierst die Abläufe von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung eines E-Autos. Dabei lernst du neue digitale Tools kennen und erfährst, wie sich KI und Automatisierung in diesem Bereich einsetzen lassen.

Aufgaben

  • Übermittlung von Bestellungen an den Autohandelspartner
  • Prüfung von Bestellaufträgen
  • Unterstützung im Zulassungsprozess
  • Koordination der Auslieferungstermine
  • Pflege der entsprechenden Daten im CRM-Tool

Qualifikation

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Warenwirtschaft / Logistik / Organisation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung: Gerne Erfahrungen im Bereich Disposition / Autohandel / Supply Chain Management / Logistik
  • Systemkenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)
  • Arbeitsweise: Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Detailgenauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Soft Skills: Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Schnittstelle zu Handelspartnern & Dienstleistern), Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent und strukturiertes, analytisches Denken
  • Sprache: Da die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern nahezu ausschließlich in Deutsch stattfindet, ist ein gutes Sprachniveau in Deutsch zwingende Voraussetzung
