You’ll also be an advocate for the customer and share customer feedback with our product & engineering teams to inform our product roadmap\nResponsibilities\nGuide customers through the 401k rollover experience and answer their questions through chat, e-mails, and phone calls\n\nBecome an expert on 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs\n\nCommunicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to help with their transactions, where necessary\n\nContribute to our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs based on customer questions/comments\n\nSynthesize customer feedback and share with other team-members\n\nEligibility Requirements\nExperience in a customer service or client-facing role\n\nFinancial or banking experience preferred\n\nMilitary veterans preferred\n\nStrong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals\n\nFamiliarity with customer service best practices and tools\n\nAbility to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers’ problems\n\nIn the US, the target base salary for this role is $40,000-45,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
