frameworks, and methodologies to enhance efficiency.\n\nStakeholder & Client Engagement:Act as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nCollaborate with presales and solutioning teams on proposals, RFP responses, and solution roadmaps.\nDeliver regular program updates, manage risks/issues, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.\n\nTeam & People Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across geographies.\nFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nConduct hiring, training, and performance management for delivery teams.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n7-15 years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or software engineering leadership.\nProven track record of managing large-scale technical programs across industries such as BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, Retail, or Digital Platforms.\nStrong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), modern architectures (Microservices, APIs), and emerging tech (AI/ML, Analytics, RPA).\nHands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Rally, Confluence).\nStrong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization).\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.\nPMP/CSM/SAFe Agile or equivalent certifications
