You will support partner onboarding and end-to-end transaction flows, and drive AI-assisted use cases such as mapping, error analysis, anomaly detection, and operational intelligence. This is a hands-on, stakeholder-facing role at the intersection of B2B domain knowledge and applied AI.\nResponsibilities\n B2B / EDI Domain ExpertiseAct as the subject-matter expert on B2B/EDI standards, document types, and trading partner requirements (e.g., X12, EDIFACT, XML/JSON, flat files).\nAdvise on message specifications, implementation guides, validation rules, and acknowledgement handling (997/999, CONTRL, etc.).\nTranslate business and partner requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.\n\nPartner Onboarding and Transaction FlowsSupport end-to-end partner onboarding: requirements gathering, mapping specs, testing, certification, and go-live.\nCoordinate with partners, internal integration teams, and support teams to resolve issues and reduce onboarding cycle time.\n\nAI-Enabled Use CasesIdentify and drive AI-assisted mapping use cases, including auto-suggesting field mappings, generating mapping specifications, and validating outputs.\nDefine and support AI-driven error analysis: classifying failures, identifying root causes, and recommending resolutions.\nSupport anomaly detection on transaction volumes, data quality, SLA breaches, and partner behavior.\nContribute to operational intelligence: dashboards, alerts, and insights that improve visibility and decision-making.\nCreate and curate domain knowledge, labeled datasets, prompts, and test cases to improve model and agent accuracy.\nEvaluate AI outputs for correctness and business relevance, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.\n\nStakeholder CollaborationWork closely with business, product, engineering, and data/AI teams to define requirements, prioritize use cases, and measure outcomes.\nCommunicate findings, risks, and progress clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nDocument processes, playbooks, and best practices for reuse.\n\nEligibility Requirements\n6-7 years of experience in B2B/EDI integration, onboarding, or support (adjust to level).\nStrong working knowledge of EDI standards (X12 and/or EDIFACT) and common transaction sets.\nHands-on experience with at least one B2B/integration platform (e.g., IBM Sterling, Seeburger, OpenText, Cleo, SPS Commerce, MuleSoft, Boomi).\nExperience with end-to-end transaction troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL or equivalent).\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n Preferred QualificationsExposure to AI/ML or GenAI use cases in integration or operations (prompt design, LLM-assisted mapping, copilots, agents).\nFamiliarity with anomaly detection concepts, monitoring tools, and BI/dashboarding (Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, or similar).\nKnowledge of APIs, JSON/XML, and integration patterns (REST, SFTP, AS2, VAN).\nBasic scripting skills (Python) for data analysis or prototyping.\n\nKey CompetenciesDomain depth with a practical, problem-solving mindset\nCuriosity and ability to translate business problems into AI use cases\nAttention to detail and data accuracy\nCollaboration across business, product, and technology teams\nOwnership and ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments\n\nIn the US, the target base salary for this role is up to $145,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
