We turn customer, campaign and product data into reliable reporting and actionable insights across markets.\nYou will take analytical work from the initial business question through metric definition, data validation, analysis and reporting.\nYou will partner with campaign, marketing, product and data teams to explain what is working, where opportunities exist and what to improve.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with stakeholders to define analysis objectives, metrics and measurement plans.\n\nAnalyze customer behaviour, including engagement, conversion, acquisition, reactivation and retention.\n\nMaintain reliable analytical datasets, metric definitions and reporting views.\n\nDevelop dashboards and recurring scorecards that make trends, comparisons and data freshness clear.\n\nValidate data across source, pipeline and dashboard layers; investigate discrepancies and coordinate fixes.\n\nTranslate findings into clear recommendations for campaign and marketing decisions.\n\nUse approved AI tools to support research, analysis, documentation and workflow improvement.\n\nEligibility Requirements\nKnowledge/Experience in customer or product analytics.\n\nAbility to understand SQL/Python based pipelines - take over and maintain.\n\nExperience building or maintaining dashboards in Power BI or a comparable business intelligence tool.\n\nAbility to analyse funnels, cohorts, attribution, campaign lift and retention, and explain methodological limitations.\n\nExperience with data quality checks, metric consistency, reconciliation and root-cause investigation.\n\nAbility to turn stakeholder questions into measurable analysis and communicate findings as practical recommendations.\n\nExperience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, workflows and presenting analytical ideas.\n\nGood to Have\nPython or PySpark, and experience with Spark, Airflow or similar data-pipeline tools.\n\nExperience with Growth strategy planning, customer engagement or marketing technology platforms.\n\nExperience using AI tools to build adhoc dashboards for analysis and insights presentations\n\nAbout eClerx\neClerx is a leading provider of productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.\nThe firm provides business process management, automation, and analytics services to a number of Fortune 2000 enterprises, including some of the world’s leading financial services, communications, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, and technology companies.
