opportunities across business operations.\nLead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Process Reengineering methodologies.\nConduct current-state and future-state process assessments.\nDrive value-stream mapping, waste elimination, cycle-time reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.\nEstablish transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.\nQuantify business benefits, ROI, and transformation outcomes.\nProcess Reengineering & Optimization\nAnalyze end-to-end business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.\nDesign and implement future-state operating models.\nFacilitate process workshops with business stakeholders.\nStandardize and optimize processes using process governance frameworks.\nDevelop business cases and transformation recommendations for leadership.\nAgentic AI & Innovation\nDesign and build AI-powered agents for business operations.\nDevelop and test Agentic AI use cases for workflow orchestration, knowledge management, and decision support.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption.\nCreate rapid Proof of Concepts (POCs) and MVPs to validate transformation opportunities.\nWork with Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.\nTranslate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.\nIntelligent Automation & Digital Transformation\nIdentify automation opportunities using AI, RPA, and workflow tools.\nCollaborate with technical teams to implement intelligent automation solutions.\nSupport the integration of AI into existing business processes.\nDrive digital transformation initiatives from ideation through implementation.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner with process owners, business leaders, and functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.\nPresent transformation strategies, business cases, and POC outcomes to executive stakeholders.\nFacilitate workshops and ideation sessions to generate innovative solutions.\nDrive change management and user adoption activities.\nData Analysis & Value Realization\nAnalyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and opportunity areas.\nMeasure and report transformation impact through KPIs and business metrics.\nTrack realized benefits from implemented improvements and AI solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Operations, or related field.\n7+ years of experience in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence roles.\nStrong experience in Lean Six Sigma and Process Reengineering initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience identifying and driving business transformation opportunities.\nHands-on experience building AI Proof of Concepts and automation solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certification.\nCertification in Business Process Management (BPM), Design Thinking, or Process Excellence.\nExperience with Process Mining tools such as Celonis, Process Intelligence, Signavio, or ARIS Mining.\nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.\nExposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain.\nConsulting
