specifications.\n Define project plans, monitor milestones, manage risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.\n Facilitate governance meetings, track actions and provide executive updates and management reports.\n Build and maintain strong partnerships with Business, Operations, Technology and Product stakeholders.\n Drive change management, business adoption and user acceptance testing for new processes and solutions.\n Identify and implement automation, AI and digital capabilities to enhance process performance.\n Mentor junior Business Analysts and Transformation professionals, ensuring quality deliverables.\n Represent the FCC Transformation function in senior leadership forums and cross-functional committees.\n Promote continuous improvement and standardisation across FCC operations.\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related discipline.\n 9-14 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Client Lifecycle Management or Financial Services.\n Proven track record in transformation, business analysis and strategic change initiatives.\n Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or project-based environments.\n Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio (or equivalent process-mapping tools).\n Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform and AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.\n Domain expertise in KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, PEP screening and risk assessment.\n Demonstrated leadership competencies: strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, executive communication, decision making and coaching.\n Ability to independently manage complex initiatives and ensure delivery
