graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, web-page mock-ups, infographics, brochures, and other forms of visual communication using Adobe Creative Suite for both print and digital media.\nConceptualize and develop creative designs based on project requirements, brand guidelines, and established specifications.\nDesign engaging email creatives, email campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and other email marketing assets for digital communication.\nCreate visually appealing email layouts while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity.\nCollaborate with marketing and content teams to develop email designs aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.\nDesign responsive email creatives that provide a consistent visual experience across desktop and mobile devices.\nWork closely with email developers/marketing teams to ensure designs are practical for email development and implementation.\nEnsure email designs follow appropriate layout, hierarchy, readability, accessibility, and visual communication principles.\nAnalyze and plan the framework of designs according to the laid-out concept and established specifications of the project.\nEnsure that all delivered designs and services adhere to client policies, brand guidelines, and quality standards.\nManage seamless delivery and ensure client deliverables meet defined SLAs and quality thresholds.\nStay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools and identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of creative output.\nCollaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.\nTechnical & Functional Skills\nBachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience.\nStrong experience in designing for both digital and print media.\nExpert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nExperience designing email creatives, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital marketing assets.\nUnderstanding of email design principles, responsive layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, and mobile-friendly design.\nBasic understanding of how email designs are translated into HTML/email templates would be an added advantage.\nGood knowledge of Graphic Design and User Design principles, standards, and concepts.\nThorough understanding of typography and printing.\nStrong understanding of branding and visual communication.\nExperience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, or Axure.\nExperience in User Experience Design.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients.\nAbility to understand client requirements and translate them into effective creative solutions.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.\nAfter Effects and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working on email marketing campaigns and digital marketing communications.\nFamiliarity with email development workflows and collaboration with email developers.\nUnderstanding of responsive email design and cross-device considerations.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards for digital and email creatives would be an added
