end-to-end presales and solutioning for large enterprise opportunities.\nUnderstand client requirements and translate them into solution proposals and technical approaches.\nLead RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations, commercials and presentations.\nConduct client workshops, discovery sessions and solution walkthroughs.\nCollaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture and Technology teams to develop winning solutions.\nCreate solution architecture, scope, effort estimates, timelines and delivery approaches.\nPresent solutions and proposals to senior client and business stakeholders.\nSupport Sales teams in opportunity qualification, solution positioning and deal closure.\nEnsure smooth transition of solutions and commitments from Presales to Delivery.\nMentor and lead the presales/solutioning team and build reusable solution assets.\nQualifications & Experience\n15+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Consulting or Technology Services.\nStrong experience in enterprise technology solutioning and client-facing roles.\nProven experience in RFP/RFI, proposal management, estimation and commercial discussions.\nStrong understanding of technology architecture, implementation methodologies and enterprise solutions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working with Sales, Delivery and Technology teams.\nAbility to manage multiple opportunities and lead complex deal cycles.\n Lead presales and solutioning for large AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, data and digital transformation opportunities.\n Engage CXO and senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define technology solutions.\n Develop solution architecture, respond to RFP/RFI, create proposals, estimations and commercial models.\n Design AI/GenAI approaches covering LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI agents and automation.\n Conduct client workshops, solution presentations, PoCs and executive-level discussions.\n Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to shape opportunities and ensure smooth hand-off.\n Build and maintain reusable AI propositions, solution accelerators and industry-focused offerings.\n Manage complex enterprise opportunities across global sales and delivery teams.\n Provide thought leadership on emerging AI technologies and market trends.\n Mentor junior presales and solution architects, fostering a high-performance team culture.\n 15+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, technology consulting or digital transformation.\n Deep technical expertise in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, data analytics and enterprise AI platforms.\n Hands-on experience with large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation and AI agents.\n Strong cloud architecture knowledge across AWS, Azure and GCP.\n Proven track record in RFP/RFI response, proposal development, estimation and commercial negotiations.\n Excellent CXO-level communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.\n Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-year enterprise opportunities.\n Experience working with global sales and delivery teams in a matrixed environment.\n Ability to create reusable solution assets and accelerate time-to-market.\n Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related
