strategy through implementation.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning programs. \nDefine delivery strategy, execution roadmap, governance, and operating models for enterprise AI initiatives. \nPartner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable AI solutions. \nDrive multiple concurrent AI transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. \nLead cross-functional teams comprising Architects, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product teams. \nEstablish delivery governance, risk management, resource planning, budgeting, and program reporting. \nDrive adoption of AI best practices, Responsible AI principles, and enterprise AI governance. \nCollaborate with Sales, Presales, and Solution teams to support proposals, solution design, and client presentations. \nMentor delivery managers and technical leaders while building high-performing AI delivery teams. \nStay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to accelerate business transformation. \nRequired Skills & Experience\n16+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Program Delivery. \nProven experience managing large-scale AI/GenAI transformation programs for enterprise clients. \nStrong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, and AI automation. \nExperience delivering AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). \nStrong knowledge of AI architecture, MLOps, data engineering, and enterprise integration. \nExperience managing distributed global delivery teams and multiple client engagements. \nExcellent stakeholder management with CXO-level client interaction. \nStrong financial management, delivery governance, and program management expertise. \nExperience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) or AI practice teams. \nExposure to Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, AI orchestration, and enterprise LLM platforms. \nKnowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and regulatory compliance. \nMBA or relevant leadership certifications are an added
