Ideal candidate should have an understanding of syndicated loans business and associated client service. Our operations professionals help build and handle the syndicated loan products, processes and services. The candidate will be expected to liaise with internal & external colleagues & clients across all areas including Front, Middle & Back Office.\nScope of Work\nTrade Support - Support the growing trade operations; manage the trade life cycle from pre-closing to settlements, including block allocation, zero share activity, and related cash operations.\n\nParticipation Servicing - Manage life cycle events for participatory loans; provide services to manage mailbox, process incoming notices, and related cash operations.\n\nAgency Servicing - Scale agency servicing operations; provide services to manage notices, mailbox communication, and related cash operations.\n\nSupport residential mortgage warehouse and whole loan operations, including loan setup, trade support, funding, settlements, and related cash/reconciliation activities.\n\nResponsibilities\nProcess daily transactions across Trade Support - trade life cycle from pre-closing to settlements, including block allocation, zero share activity, and related cash operations.\n\nPerform Participation Servicing activities - manage mailbox, process incoming notices, and execute related cash operations for participatory loans.\n\nSupport Agency Servicing - process notices, handle mailbox communication, and perform related cash operations.\n\nPerform trade closing, settlements, and cash reconciliation activities with accuracy and within agreed timelines.\n\nIdentify and escalate discrepancies, breaks, and exceptions to senior analysts/managers in a timely manner.\n\nAdhere to defined SOPs, checklists, and quality/control frameworks; maintain complete and accurate documentation.\n\nEligibility Requirements\nMinimum Qualifications\n1 to 5 years of experience in banking/financial services operations; exposure to syndicated loans, trade settlements, or cash reconciliation preferred.\n\nGood understanding of financial markets concepts and willingness to build expertise in loan syndication.\n\nGood logical and quantitative abilities with strong attention to detail.\n\nWorking knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to manage and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision once trained.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritize effectively.\n\nExposure to loan platforms (e.g., LoanIQ/ClearPar) and automation/RPA tools preferred.\n\nWillingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and stay relevant to business demands.\n\nGood interpersonal and communication skills - ability to work effectively with team members, supervisors, and client counterparts.\n\nEducation Qualification\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience\n\nCurrent subject matter experience or prior training experience\n\nHow to Apply\nClick \"Apply Now\" to submit your resume through our career site\nBe sure to include any relevant experience that aligns with the role.\nQualified candidates will be contacted by a member of our recruitment team for next steps\nAbout eClerx\neClerx is a leading provider of productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.\nThe firm provides business process management, automation, and analytics services to a number of Fortune 2000 enterprises, including some of the world’s leading financial services, communications, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, and technology companies.
