The successful candidate will bring both technical credibility and strong project management discipline-someone who can engage deeply with engineers and architects, understand technical decisions and dependencies, and translate complex concepts into clear plans and outcomes for business and senior leadership.\nSupporting one of our top clients, a leading global asset management firm, this individual will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning data platforms, cloud technologies, digital experiences, and UX, ensuring that complex technology programs are delivered successfully and aligned with business objectives.\nResponsibilities\nLead cross-functional programs focused on Data Cloud technologies and UX, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and success criteria.\nManage programs from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and expected outcomes.\nCollaborate with internal teams, portfolio companies, technical teams, and external vendors to drive successful execution.\nCommunicate program status, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nServe as a trusted advisor to internal groups on leveraging Data Cloud technologies and improving digital experiences.\nApply strong knowledge of Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and related technologies to guide scalable data solutions and ensure architecture and integrations align with business needs.\nLeverage prior hands-on development or engineering experience to understand technical challenges, dependencies, and delivery risks.\nChampion user-centric design and effective UX practices across digital initiatives.\nProactively identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions to keep programs on track.\nDrive continuous improvement within the Portfolio Delivery Office by establishing effective program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.\nEligibility Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.\n10+ years of experience across technology development, project management, and/or program management, with demonstrated progression from technical roles into project/program leadership.\nPrior hands-on software development, engineering, or technical implementation experience strongly preferred.\nProven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycles, integrations, APIs, data flows, and cloud technologies.\nExperience with Data Cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.\nUX, data visualization, or data integration experience is a plus.\nPMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.\nIn the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$170,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
