This is an onsite position and it’s a full-time, benefitted role. We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator\nResponsibilities\nScheduling, planning and coordinating the logistics of training events\nMonitor and manage course enrollment for scheduled courses\nGenerating and delivering training reports\nSupport customer questions related to training offerings\nIdentify areas in need of process improvements and prepare recommendations for increased efficiency\nEnsure accuracy of information related to learning events, conferences, or other meetings\nBe agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectively\nDemonstrate the ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and effectively carry out tasks\nParticipate in meetings as required\nAd-hoc tasks as required\nEligibility Requirements\nExperience in coordination/administrative service or related field\nAbility to collaborate with local teams and global clients both internally and externally \nAttention to detail and must be customer focused\nAbility to quickly learn new procedures, technologies and adapt to change \nExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExpertise with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word\nWork hours will generally be 8:00am - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday\nCandidates are expected to work in office 5 days \nIn the US, the target base salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
