This role will support fast-paced product and engineering initiatives while helping maintain design systems, UX standards, and best practices across multiple applications and platforms.\nReporting to the UX Lead, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business, design, and technology. You will conduct user research, gather requirements, create design solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, user-focused, and comfortable working across multiple products and stakeholder groups.\nResponsibilities\nPartner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate requirements into user-centered solutions.\nDesign wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and workflows.\nPlan and execute usability testing sessions, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations.\nConduct user research and develop user personas to guide product and design decisions.\nMap user journeys, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities to improve the overall user experience.\nPresent research findings, design recommendations, and UX solutions to stakeholders and project teams.\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure design intent and user experience standards are successfully implemented.\nContribute to and maintain UX standards, design systems, and reusable design assets.\nSupport multiple products and initiatives while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as operational needs evolve.\nOccasionally work outside standard business hours to support project milestones, releases, or critical business initiatives.\nEligibility Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Human Factors, Design, or a related field.\n3+ years of professional UX design experience.\nStrong ability to manage and prioritize work across multiple products, projects, and stakeholder groups.\nDemonstrated ability to balance creative problem-solving with established UX standards and best practices.\nStrong UX research, usability testing, and user interview experience.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.\nPreferred QualificationsExperience designing, building, and maintaining reusable design systems and component libraries in Figma.\nFamiliarity with responsive and enterprise application design patterns.\nBasic front-end development knowledge, including HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.\nExperience working within Agile product development environments.\nExposure to enterprise software, financial services, fintech, or other complex business applications.\n\nIn the US, the target base salary for this role is $95,000-$115,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
