The position also supports the company’s core technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, backup and recovery systems, and hosted services. Responsibilities include platform configuration, identity and access management, endpoint management, application integration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support.\nThe IT Systems Engineer works across functional and technical areas and may assume additional responsibilities based on evolving business, security, compliance, and operational needs.\nKEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange, Azure, and other services.\nAdminister and support Atlassian platforms, including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Assets, Confluence and other services.\nConfigure and maintain platform workflows, forms, permissions, roles, groups, integrations, automation rules, and reporting capabilities.\nManage identity and access controls, endpoint configuration, application deployment, device compliance, and user lifecycle processes.\nSupport enterprise application integrations using APIs, connectors, scripting, and automation tools.\nMaintain and support network and infrastructure technologies, including servers, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, SFTP, and related services.\nMonitor enterprise platforms and infrastructure for availability, capacity, performance, security, and operational issues.\nManage or support backup, recovery, disaster-recovery, and business-continuity technologies and procedures.\nTroubleshoot complex platform, endpoint, identity, integration, network, and infrastructure issues.\nParticipate in incident, problem, change, vulnerability, compliance, and audit-management activities.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, configuration standards, operating procedures, recovery documentation, and knowledge articles.\nResearch and recommend improvements to enterprise platforms, infrastructure, security controls, automation, and operational processes.\nCoordinate with IT Support, Information Security, Engineering, Application Operations, business stakeholders, and third-party providers.\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent combination of education, professional training, certifications, and relevant work experience preferred.\nFive or more years of experience administering and supporting enterprise technology platforms, systems, networks, or related infrastructure, preferably within a SaaS technology company or regulated environment preferred.\nExperience supporting distributed users and technology services across multiple offices, regions, or time zones.\nRelevant professional certifications from Microsoft, Atlassian, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar providers are preferred.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, production technology services.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with IT Support, Information Security, Engineering, Application Operations, business stakeholders, and external service providers.\nSound judgment when evaluating operational risk, security requirements, user impact, and competing priorities.\nAdaptability and willingness to learn, administer, and support new technologies as business needs evolve.\nCommitment to customer service, operational reliability, continuous improvement, and timely follow-through.\nAbility to participate effectively in incident response, change management, projects, audits, and cross-functional initiatives.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong administration and troubleshooting experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related Azure services.\nExperience administering Atlassian platforms such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets, and Confluence, including workflows, permissions, request types, forms, automation, and reporting.\nStrong understanding of identity and access management, including Active Directory, Entra ID, role-based access control, user and group administration, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and user lifecycle processes.\nExperience managing endpoint configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, device enrollment, operating-system updates, and security settings.\nWorking knowledge of enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, virtual servers, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and SFTP.\nExperience supporting backup and recovery technologies, system monitoring, disaster-recovery processes, and business-continuity testing.\nExperience using PowerShell or other scripting and automation technologies to improve system administration and reduce repetitive manual work.\nExperience configuring and supporting integrations through APIs, webhooks, connectors, identity federation, or similar technologies.\nUnderstanding of information-security principles, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, encryption, logging, access controls, and system hardening.\nExperience troubleshooting complex problems involving enterprise platforms, endpoints, user identities, networks, integrations, and infrastructure.\nAbility to evaluate, learn, and effectively administer new technologies as organizational requirements evolve.\nAI Use Statement\n\nEmployees are expected
