Our global network includes facilities in Canada, the United States and Hungary ensuring regional expertise and global strength.\nThe Position:\nReporting to the Electrical Shop Manager, the Electrician will assist in development and implementation of Electrical Shop policies and procedures, liaise directly with other department personnel to ensure project goals are met on budget, while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nTechnical:\nRead and interpret drawings, blueprints and schematics and electrical code specifics to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations\nInstall, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, fibre-optic and coaxial cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components\nTest electrical and electronic equipment and components from continuity, current, voltage and resistance\nMaintain, repair, test and install electrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storage batteries and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems\nTroubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices\nMay install, maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentations and related devices\nWire control panels and machine field devices in accordance with Electrical drawings\nEnsure wiring meets the Electrical Safety Code\n\nProject Execution:\nWork requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work safely in a team environment and actively participate in group meetings safely when required\nComplete other duties and projects as assigned\nWork requires willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and or travel as required in varying timelines\nWork with Electrical Project Lead to ensure scheduled milestones are met\nEnsure scheduled milestones are met\nAdhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy\nMaintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision\nEnsure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc.
