The Project Controls Manager oversees the functions for the business that ensure conformance to critical procedures and consistent service to all Eclipse business units. The Project Controls Manager is a key member of the operations leadership team and is ultimately accountable for measuring operational performance and driving continuous improvement through all centralized operational functions while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.
